Mobile Grooming Policy

Thank you for choosing our mobile grooming services! To provide a safe, smooth, and high-quality experience for you and your pet, please review the following policies:

Appointments

  • Appointments are scheduled within a 1–2 hour arrival window to allow for travel and unexpected delays.
  • Please ensure your pet is ready when we arrive.
  • If we arrive and cannot access your pet within 10 minutes, the appointment may be marked as a no-show fee.

Deposits & Payments

  • New clients and re-booking clients after a cancellation may be required to pay a deposit (50% of the service).
  • The remaining balance is due at the end of the appointment.
  • We accept cash, card, Zelle, or Venmo (customize if needed).
  • Prices may vary depending on coat condition, behavior, and size.

Cancellations & No-Show Policy

  • Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows will require a 50% deposit to rebook.
  • Repeated cancellations may result in refusal of future appointments.

Photo Requirement

To ensure accurate scheduling and provide the best grooming experience, we require a clear photo of your dog before the appointment. This helps us verify coat condition, size, and breed so we can give you an accurate update and prepare accordingly.

Pet Requirements

  • Pets must be up-to-date on rabies vaccinations.
  • Dogs must be safe to handle. Aggressive behavior may result in refusal of service and/or a behavior fee.
  • Severely matted coats may require a shave-down for the pet’s safety.

Parking & Access

  • We require safe, legal parking close to your home.
  • Please provide accurate location details and gate codes if applicable.
  • If parking is not possible, the appointment may need to be rescheduled.

Water & Power

  • Our mobile unit is fully equipped. We do not require access to your home’s water or electricity.

 Health & Safety

  • If your pet has any medical conditions, please inform us ahead of time.
  • We will not perform services that risk the pet’s health.
  • Elderly or special-needs pets are groomed with extra care, but we cannot guarantee results.
